Registering speakers and other attendees

Speaker Registration

We will register your speakers once you have submitted their information via the Speaker Form. This ensures they are listed on the website, have access to the app, and receive all pertinent information.

Attendee Registration

A sponsor’s other attendees will need a code to register for the STAC Summit. Vendor members will find the codes in the primary delegate’s dashboard. Member and non-member sponsors will see the codes included in the sponsor email you received with this guide. These registration codes are exclusively for your firm’s employees and require the use of a corporate email address. You will receive codes for all allowed attendees, except the speaker(s).

Registration Process

Vendor registration will be completed through Agorify. Registered staff will receive an invitation to create an account on Agorify and download the mobile app. Agorify provides the event mobile app, event website, online agendas, on-site badge printing, lead collection, and interactive features during the conference. Exhibitors will need the mobile app to scan badges at the event. (See Exhibitor section for more info.)

If all of your firm’s registrations have been used, you’ll see this message:

"You have exceeded the number of allocated entries. We cannot take your submission."

In that case, please contact events@stacresearch.com for assistance.

Bulk Registration Option

If your attendees are not registered and you are managing all registrations, —either company-wide or for a specific city—you can submit them in a spreadsheet if you prefer. You may either format the information as shown below or download the registration template and send the completed file to events@stacresearch.com.

Additional Badges

Sponsors may purchase ONE additional badge per city they sponsor for USD $750 if more than 48 hours before the event. For expedited requests, those made within 48 hours prior to the event, additional badge prices increase to USD $900. Taxes and processing fees may apply. Email events@STACresearch.com to request an additional badge. We will provide payment instructions via Stripe.

Badge Policy

Maintaining the right balance of vendor and end-user attendees is key to providing a valuable experience for all participants and enhancing lead generation for sponsors. To support this, badge availability for sponsors is limited, with no exceptions.

  • Sponsors MAY NOT share badges or registration codes with another vendor or professional services firm. Those interested in attending will need to be members or sponsors—please have them reach out to discuss options.
  • Badge sharing at the event is not permitted. If you need to substitute an attendee that cannot attend, and has not checked in, substitutions can be made onsite, provided the original registrant has not already checked in and will not be present at any time that day
  • Registrations using company codes must be linked to the company's email domain.
  • Sponsors are welcome to invite their customers from financial firms to attend at no cost. They can register by selecting the End User button on the event page.
