Thank you for sponsoring the STAC Summit. As outlined in the Vendor Participation Options, table selection is based on your sponsorship level and commitment date.
Selection Order
- Diamond and Platinum sponsors select first, in order of commitment.
- All other sponsors select from the remaining tables in order of their commitment date.
Selection Timeline
STAC begins the table selection process approximately 3–4 weeks before the event.
- The first notice will announce that the process has begun and include a link to the current floorplan.
- The second notice will be sent individually to each sponsor in order of commitment, inviting them to select their table location. We’ll ask for 2-3 table preferences. Most often the first choice is available, but we may need to move to your second option.
- To keep the process moving, we ask that you respond within 24 hours. This may be adjusted slightly for time zone differences.
- If we don’t receive your selection by the deadline, we will move to the next sponsor. You won’t necessarily go to the end of the queue, but you may need to wait until the next sponsor has made their selection.
- If you anticipate being unavailable (e.g., vacation), please send us a ranked list of at least 10 preferred table locations, and we’ll make a selection on your behalf.
- Once your table is confirmed, we’ll send a confirmation email.
Final Notes
We do our best to honor your selection. However, venue-related changes may occasionally occur that are beyond our control. If any adjustments are needed, we will notify you as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding.
