Shipping Labels

For shipping exhibit table materials:

Complete and attach the Tokyo Exhibitor Delivery Label to your package. Please insert your company logo on the document for easier identification.

Additional Information

JPX can only receive and store delivered materials until the setup day. They will not be able to assist with customs issues or any other shipping complications. They request that shipments arrive no earlier than September 16

Shipped items must be delivered during our building operating hours, 9:00 - 17:00 on weekdays. Also, JPX can only receive and store delivered materials.

Setup will be from JST 15:00 on 9/17. On 9/18: the day of the event, they ask all exhibitors to complete the breakdown and clear the space by the end of the conference, JST 18:00 on 9/18.

Questions can be directed to dmg@jpx.co.jp for venue specific questions, but JPX cannot assist with customs related issues. 

Tracking Numbers

Send the tracking number(s) for the shipment to events@STACresearch.com. This helps track down a package in the event that it was misplaced by the venue or not received by the day of the event. 
Let us know if you are hand-carrying items.

Return Shipping:

  • Include a prepaid label in the box for return shipments
  • At the end of the day, you must put any items that are being returned to your office in a box, tape the box, and affix the pre-paid return label on the box. There will be a separate room where JPX will store the materials until your carrier arrives to retrieve them. Someone at JPX will assist so you know where to move your items.
  • Any items that need to be shipped must be packed with all labels and necessary documents completed.  
  • It is your responsibility to contact your carrier to arrange pick up from the venue the day following the event.
  • For items that require shipping back to the exhibitor after the event, JPX will specify a shipping company to be used, which will likely be a domestic carrier that handles international shipping such as Yamato or Sagawa.

IMPORTANT:  If you are shipping internationally, please give extra time for clearing customs, but try not to send materials to arrive more than 5 business days before the events. The venue may not store materials for more than 5 days.  STAC cannot be held responsible for materials that cannot be located by the venue.

Power/AV/Internet

  • Power can be provided for your table. 
  • JPX asks that you arrange AV with your own provider.

Table Information

Exhibit Tables at JPX are 150cm x 60cm. They are on wheels, but have no covers or skirts. Power is included.
