Shipping Labels

For shipping exhibit table materials:

Complete and attach theTokyo Exhibitor Delivery Label to your package. Please insert your company logo on the document for easier identification.

Tracking Numbers

Send the tracking number(s) for the shipment to events@STACresearch.com as soon as possible. This helps track down a package in the event that it was misplaced by the venue or not received by the day of the event.  Contact dmg@jpx.co.jp for any questions.


Let us know if you are hand-carrying items.

Return Shipping:

  • Include a prepaid label in the box for return shipments
  • At the end of the day, you must put any items that are being returned to your office in a box, tape the box, and affix the pre-paid return label on the box.  You may leave the box on your table and the venue will collect them and place them in the mailroom.
  • It is your responsibility to contact your carrier to arrange pick up from the venue’s mailroom the day following the event.

IMPORTANT:  If you are shipping internationally, please give extra time for clearing customs, but try not to send materials to arrive before 8 September. The venue may not have room to store materials for additional days.  STAC and JPX cannot be held responsible for materials that cannot be located by the venue.

Power/AV/Internet

  • Power can be provided for your table, but they recommend you or your supplier bring an extension cord to reach your table if you need it. 
  • JPX recommends you order AV through your preferred supplier
  • Shipped items must be delivered during building operating hours, 9:00-17:00 on weekdays. Also, JPX can only receive and store delivered materials. JPX will not be able to assist with customs issues or any other complications, so exhibitors must take care of these themselves (or have their local office staffs to take care of it if applicable). JPX will not be responsible on any issues such as items that does not clear the customs or items that are lost before it arrives and after it leaves from the building. 
  • For items that require shipping back to the exhibitor after the event, we will specify a shipping company to be used, which will likely be a domestic carrier that handles international shipping such as Yamato or Sagawa.

Table Information

Exhibit Tables at JPX are 150cm x 60cm. They are on wheels, but have no covers or skirts. Power is included..
