For Spring 2026 in London, the venue offers an optional stand upgrade, but time to request one is limited.
Sponsors may use the standard setup outlined on the city venue page at no cost, bring their own booth materials, or select the upgraded exhibition stand option below - contact events@stacresearch.com for availability.
All upgraded stands are managed through the venue upon STAC approval and must be reserved in advance.

This option replaces the standard trestle table setup. Final graphics must be completed and approved by April 16, 2026.
