Thank you for sponsoring the STAC Summit. Table selection is based on sponsorship level and commitment date, as outlined in the Vendor Participation Options.
Selection Order
Tables are assigned in the following order:
Platinum Sponsors
Select first, based on commitment date.
Gold Sponsors
Select next, based on commitment date.
All Other Sponsors
Select from the remaining tables based on commitment date.
Selection Timeline
STAC begins the table selection process approximately 3–4 weeks before the event.
Sponsors will receive three notifications during the process.
Process Announcement
An initial email will announce that table selection has started and will include a link to the current floorplan.
Selection Nearing Notification
A second email will notify you that you are next in line to select your exhibit table and that the sponsor ahead of you has been given a deadline.
At that time, we will ask you to review the floorplan and send your top two table preferences.
If you send both choices while the sponsor ahead of you is still making their selection:

If they choose your first choice, you will automatically receive your second choice.

If they choose a different table, you will receive your first choice.
This allows us to keep the process moving without delays.
Selection Invitation
If we have not received your preferences before the sponsor ahead of you makes their selection, we will contact you and ask you to provide your first choice at that time.
In most cases, the first choice is available. If not, we will move to the next preference.
Response Time
To keep the process moving, sponsors should respond within 24 hours.
This may be adjusted slightly to accommodate time zone differences.
If a response is not received by the deadline, STAC will move to the next sponsor in the selection order. The sponsor may need to wait until the next available opportunity to select.
If You Are Unavailable
If you expect to be unavailable during the selection window, please send a ranked list of at least 10 preferred table locations. STAC can select a table on your behalf.
Confirmation
Once a table location is assigned, STAC will send a confirmation email.
Notes
STAC will make every effort to honor table selections. In rare cases, venue or floorplan adjustments may require changes. If that occurs, affected sponsors will be notified as soon as possible.
