Exhibitor Setup Checklist

Before the event, please confirm the following:

  • Confirm your assigned exhibit location and review the floorplan.

  • Select your exhibit setup option if upgrading from the standard table if available.

  • Submit any branding artwork required for upgraded stands if available.

  • Arrange any power, monitor, or equipment needs with the venue supplier or your preferred supplier.

  • Ensure your display materials fit within the allocated exhibit space.

  • Notify STAC if you do not require the standard table included in your space.

  • Provide STAC with tracking numbers or notify them that you will be hand-carrying your items.
