Before the event, please confirm the following:

Confirm your assigned exhibit location and review the floorplan.

Select your exhibit setup option if upgrading from the standard table if available.

Submit any branding artwork required for upgraded stands if available.

Arrange any power, monitor, or equipment needs with the venue supplier or your preferred supplier.

Ensure your display materials fit within the allocated exhibit space.

Notify STAC if you do not require the standard table included in your space.

Provide STAC with tracking numbers or notify them that you will be hand-carrying your items.
