Exhibitor Setup Summary

  • Default setup includes a 180 cm × 62 cm table and two chairs

  • Maximum space for self-supplied displays: 2 m × 1.5 m

  • Upgraded exhibition stands are available through the venue

  • Some stand types are limited due to venue space constraints

Sponsor Setup Guidelines

To help the exhibition space function well for all sponsors, please follow these guidelines.

  • Sponsors may bring their own display items as long as the setup does not exceed 2 m × 1.5 m unless an upgraded stand option is selected (see below).

  • Any branded backdrop or stand must not display logos or branding toward the exhibitors behind you. Backdrops must be single sided or have the reverse side covered.

  • If you do not want the standard trestle table included in your space, notify STAC in advance.

 

Exhibition Stand Options

For Spring 2026 in London, the venue offers several optional stand upgrades. Sponsors may use the standard setup at no cost or select one of the upgraded options - contact STAC for availability.

All upgraded stands are managed through the venue upon STAC approval and must be reserved in advance.

Standard Sponsor Table (Included)

Each exhibitor space includes the following setup at no additional cost:

  • 180 cm × 62 cm trestle table

  • 2 chairs

  • No table linens

This setup is provided automatically unless you request removal of the table in advance.

 

Optional Exhibition Stand Upgrades

Sponsors may upgrade their exhibit space to one of the following options. Availability for some stand types is limited due to venue space constraints.

Basic Exhibition Stand

Cost: £750 + VAT
Space required: 2 m × 1.5 m

This option replaces the standard trestle table setup.

Includes:

  • Classroom table

  • Custom branded Foamex wrap

  • Power drop

Optional extras (additional cost):

  • HD monitor display with floor stand

  • Laptop

 

Standard Exhibition Stand

Cost: £1,800 + VAT
Space required: 3 m × 2 m

Due to space requirements, this option is available only in stands 1–4. Contact STAC for availability and location.

Includes:

  • 8' × 4' printed back panel

  • 3' × 1' custom branded plinth

  • Power drop

  • 43" monitor

Optional extras (additional cost):

  • Laptop

 

Premium Exhibition Stand

Cost: £2,350 + VAT
Space required: 2.5 m × 2.5 m

Due to space requirements, this option is available only in stands 1 and 2. Contact STAC for availability and location.

Includes:

  • 8' × 8' printed back panel

  • Classroom table

  • Custom branded Foamex wrap

  • Power drop

  • 55" monitor

Optional extras (additional cost):

  • Laptop
