
Speaker Overview
Thank you for joining us as a speaker at an upcoming STAC Summit. We are glad to have you involved.
This page covers what to expect and how to prepare. If you have questions at any point, contact events@stacresearch.com.
We will continue to update session details as the agenda is finalized. If you have not submitted your speaker information yet, please do that soon so we can include you in event promotions.
Registration and Event Access
Once your speaker form is complete, the STAC team will register you.
You will receive:

A calendar invite for the event

A unique event code to access the event in the Agorify app
Use the “Join by event code” option in the app to connect.
Event App (Agorify)
We recommend downloading the Agorify app before the event.
The app allows you to:

Access your QR code for check-in

View your personal agenda
-
Join session Q&A and discussions

Access presentation slides
If you cannot install the app, you can use the web version on a laptop or tablet. QR codes for download will also be available onsite.
Before the Event

Watch for an email with your session details, including abstract and discussion topics

Join the pre-panel logistics call to review the session flow

Block your calendar and confirm your session time
Day-of Logistics

Check your session time in the agenda or app

Pick up your microphone during the break before your session, AV staff are usually at the back of the room

Arrive early in case sessions run ahead of schedule

Wait to be called before going on stage

If vendor presentations are scheduled, you will join immediately after they finish

Keep an eye on the timer, your moderator will guide timing

Return your microphone to the AV table after your session
