Vendor Registration

Employees of Vendor Firms and Professional Services Firms may attend a STAC event if:

  • Their firm is a STAC member, or

  • Their firm is a sponsor, speaker, or exhibitor at the event and has an available use of the registration link

Registration is completed using the event registration links provided by STAC.

 


Members

Each member firm designates one or two people to manage vendor registrations.

To find your contact:

  1. Log into your STAC account

  2. Go to your Dashboard.

  3. Locate your Company Delegates (lower right section).

Contact your delegate to request a registration link.

 


Sponsors

If your firm is a non-member sponsor, Company Delegates will not appear on your dashboard.

Contact events@stacresearch.com to confirm who manages registrations for your firm.

 


Registering for a STAC Summit

To register for an event:

  1. Open the registration link for your event.

  2. Complete the registration form.

  3. Submit the form.

You will receive a confirmation email and event ticket shortly after submitting your registration.

If your firm has reached its registration limit, contact events@stacresearch.com for assistance.

 


Registration Limits

Each firm receives a limited number of passes depending on:

  • STAC membership status

  • Sponsorship level
    See the Sponsor Overview section of the Sponsor Hub or your sponsorship agreement for details about the number of passes included with your participation.

 


Event Platform (Agorify)

After registering, you will receive an invitation to access the STAC Summit event platform on Agorify.

Through Agorify you can:

  • Access your event ticket for check-in

  • View the digital agenda

  • Download presentation slides and materials

  • Explore the exhibit floor map

Sponsors and exhibitors may also be able to:

  • Scan attendee badges

  • Access lead data after the event

Participation in the platform is optional. You may access the event through a web browser or by downloading the Agorify mobile app.

 


Accessing the Event Platform

After receiving your event invitation email, follow the instructions to activate your account.

FAQs

Do I have to use my corporate email address?

Yes. Registrations must use an email address associated with your firm's domain.

 


I registered using the wrong ticket type.

Contact events@stacresearch.com and register again with the registration link. We will cancel the original registration.

 


I can no longer attend.

Email events@stacresearch.com to cancel your registration. The registration link can be reassigned to another attendee. Visit your user dashboard to identify your Company Delegate and inform them you can no longer attend, so they can allocate it to someone else.

 


I'm a Company Delegate and can't find our registration links

Log into your account and visit your user dashboard. Registration links are listed under "Special info from STAC". 

 


I cannot access the event platform.

Check your email for the Agorify invitation message. If you cannot find it, contact events@stacresearch.com.
