tbdCorp enables Red Hat, HP, and Intel to push RMDS to 1.8 million updates per second

Record throughput for a single server

Red Hat announced that tbdCorp recently benchmarked a traditional RMDS configuration on the HP ProLiant DL380 server with dual core Xeons and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.4.

In the fanout test, the server with two dual core 3.0 GHz Intel Xeon 5160 processors pushed out an aggregate of 1.8 million updates per second.
