Sponsor Registration

Registering your team is quick once you know which path applies to you. Use the sections below based on who you are registering.

Speaker registration

You do not need to register speakers with a registration link.

Submit speaker details through the Speaker Form. We register your speakers after you submit the form so they appear on the website, get access to the app, and receive speaker communications.

Sponsor attendee registration

All other sponsor attendees register using a registration link.

Where to find your registration link

  • Vendor members: find registration URLs in the primary delegate’s dashboard (log into the STAC website with your corporate email).

  • Member and non member sponsors: find registration URL in the sponsor email that included this guide.

Registration Link rules

  • Provide the registration URLs only to your firm’s employees.

  • Attendees must register with a corporate email address that matches your company domain.

  • If you have a speaker, you do not need to register them. 

 

How registration works

Your attendees will be registered in Agorify.

After someone is registered, they will receive an invitation to create an Agorify account and download the mobile app. Agorify supports the event app, agendas, badge printing, lead collection, and interactive features. Exhibitors must have the app to scan badges onsite.

If your registration links are fully used

If you see:
“You have exceeded the number of allocated entries. We cannot take your submission.”

You may purchase one additional badge. Please email events@stacresearch.com and we will help.

 

Bulk registration option

If you prefer to manage registrations for your entire team, you can submit a spreadsheet instead of having each person register individually. Send the completed file to events@stacresearch.com

Additional badges

Sponsors may purchase one additional badge per sponsored city.

  • USD $1,000 

  • Taxes and processing fees may apply

Email events@stacresearch.com to request an additional badge. We will send a link to pay by Stripe using a credit card.

 

Badge policy

We limit sponsor badges to keep the right balance of end-user attendees and vendors.

  • Do not share badges or registration URLs with another vendor or professional services firm.

  • Do not share badges onsite. You can substitute an attendee onsite if the original registrant has not checked in and will not attend that day.

  • Registrations using company URLs must match your company email domain.

  • Sponsors may invite customers from financial firms to attend at no cost. They can register by selecting the End User option on the event page.
