Lead Collection & Access

STAC provides multiple ways for sponsors to collect leads during the event. This page explains how leads are captured, when lists are delivered, and how to access them.

Someone from your firm should be designated to receive all post event lead files.

 

How Leads Are Collected

Leads may be captured through:

  • Clicked links in the event platform

  • File downloads

  • Badge scans

  • The “Contact Us” button on your Exhibitor Page

  • Response cards distributed onsite

Each method is described below.

 

Registration Lists

Platinum and Gold Sponsors receive the full registration list.

The list includes:

  • Attendee name

  • Firm

  • Job title

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Email address

  • Attendance status

Delivery timing:

  • Provided within 3 business days after the event

  • Delivered in Excel format

  • Accessible through the a secure SharePoint link

To access:

  1. The designated individual must register for a free account at STACresearch.com using their company email.

  2. Once logged in, go to the dashboard.

  3. Look for the section titled “Special info from STAC.”

  4. The file link will appear there.

Separate files are provided for each city.

 

Leads from Response Cards

At check in, attendees receive a Response Card listing all speaking firms.

Attendees indicate interest by checking the box next to a sponsor’s name.

STAC:

  • Collects the cards during and after the event

  • Matches selections to attendee records

  • Shares the compiled lead list with sponsors

Delivery timing:

  • Provided within 3 business days after the event

  • Delivered as a separate file per city

 

Scanned Leads

Sponsors with an exhibit table have an Exhibitor Page in the Agorify event app and website.

Exhibitors may scan attendee badges using the Agorify mobile app, with attendee consent.

The app allows exhibitors to:

  • Capture attendee contact information

  • Add notes to individual leads

  • View collected leads in real time

To use scanning:

  • Download the Agorify app

  • Accept the event invitation

  • Log in before the event begins

Full lead data becomes available for export through the Agorify web dashboard and app immediately after the event concludes.

Sponsors can also view and download team leads via the Agorify web dashboard at:

“Contact Us” Leads

Each Exhibitor Page includes a “Contact Us” button.

When attendees click this button:

  • They request additional information from your firm

  • Their contact details are captured in the system

To access these leads:

  • At least one team member must accept the Agorify event invitation

  • You do not need to download the mobile app to receive Contact Us leads

Full lead data is available after the event through the Agorify web dashboard.

 

During Event Lead Visibility

Due to privacy controls:

  • Only limited lead details are visible in the mobile and web apps during the event

  • Full lead data is available for export immediately after the event ends

 

Best Practices

To maximize value from STAC leads:

  • Assign one lead owner before the event

  • Ensure your team downloads and tests the Agorify app before the event

  • Add notes to scanned leads while conversations are fresh

  • Schedule follow up within 3 to 5 business days
