Shipping Deadline
There is no shipping deadline for the Chicago event.
The venue does not accept advance shipments and does not have storage for exhibitor materials.
All materials must be brought to the venue by the exhibitor or delivered during an approved delivery window.

Shipping Address
The venue cannot receive packages for exhibitors, so there is no shipping address available for advance deliveries.
Do not ship packages to the venue.

Deliveries
If you plan to have materials delivered to the venue, deliveries must be scheduled in advance with the building management team.
Courier Entrance
Couriers should use the courier entrance on the east side of the building near the Franlkin Street lobby.
Loading Dock Access
All large deliveries must enter through the Willis Tower loading dock, which is located:

- Connected to freight elevators for building access
Vehicle restrictions:
- Height limit: 12'6"

Maximum vehicle length: 40'

Maximum trailer length: 48' (after hours only with prior approval)
Delivery Scheduling
The loading dock must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
When requesting a delivery window, please provide the following information:

Preferred load-in or load-out time (30-minute window)

Company name
-
Driver name and names of any delivery personnel (must match government-issued ID)

Valid phone number for the delivery company

Contact information for the driver
-
Email and phone number for the person coordinating the delivery
STAC will help coordinate delivery scheduling with the venue once this information is provided.
Hand-Carrying Materials
Sponsors may hand-carry materials to the venue.
If you plan to bring materials with you, please notify the STAC team
in advance so we can help coordinate with the venue if needed.
Exhibit Setup
Each sponsor table will include:

1 table (standard 6ft. banquet table)

2 chairs
Table linens and additional furnishings may vary by venue. The Metropolitan provides a white table cloth. You may bring your own branded tablecloth to replace or cover the one provided by the venue. It is important that you note the table size to ensure the proper fit and aesthetics.
Exhibitors may:
- Use pull up banners around the provided table
- Use a backdrop behind their table as long as it fits behind their table or within +/- 2 inches of the end of the tables and within the space allotted for each vendor. If the backdrop requires power, you must make the necessary arrangements.
- Request that the venue provide no table, no chairs, or both to accommodate more space for their own display, product stands, media stands, etc. The maximum space for self-supplied displays: 2 m × 1.5 m
- Place media stands in front of the table
- Display hardware equipment within the limits of the table provided (e.g., weight, size)
- Run AV displays or demos at the booth. If you needs AV displays, you must make the necessary arrangements.
- Allow a partner vendor or reseller, who is a STAC member, to participate at the booth.
- Provide printed media, tchotchkes, and giveaway raffles at their booth providing vendor is responsible for all logistics, commercials, taxes (if appropriate), and is within the guidelines below.
Guidelines to the above:
- All booth components must be able to be assembled and disassembled within the allotted setup and tear down times.
- All components of your booth must fit within 2 feet (24 inches/60 cm) of the front of the table line.
- All booth components and participants must not infringe on the space, participation, or branding of another exhibitor - size, visual, lighting, sound, branding, congestion, staff tactics, or unauthorized data capture.
If any exhibitor complains, or if STAC deems that your setup does not comply with the guidelines (or within the spirit of the guidelines), STAC will require you to modify the setup.

Return Shipping
The venue does not provide shipping services for exhibitors.
