Sponsor Marketing Guide

This page outlines the materials you must submit and the steps your marketing team should take to promote your participation at STAC Summit.

Start with required submissions. Then use the promotion guidance to maximize visibility and attendance.


Required Submissions

Logo and Company Description

Submit:

  • High resolution logo file, PNG, PDF, SVG or JPG preferred

  • Company description

  • Company website URL

Your logo and description may appear on:

  • Event website

  • Event app

  • Sponsor slides

  • Onsite signage, based on sponsorship level

Digital Exhibitor Profile

If your sponsorship includes an exhibitor presence, complete your digital profile.

Provide:

  • Logo

  • Cover image, if applicable

  • Company description

  • Website link

  • Platinum & Gold Sponsors: digital brochures, PDF or URL

  • Platinum Sponsors may also include one promotional vide 9YouTube or Vimeo URL)

This information appears in the event app.

Speaker Marketing Guide

If your sponsorship includes a speaking session or Innovation Roundup slot, we help promote your sponsorship, but we need your help.

Before the Agenda Goes Live

  • Speaking Sessions: Confirm title

  • Tech Talks: Send your title, draft and abstract no later than one month before the event. The deadline is noted here.

  • Provide the speaker details, bio and headshot

  • Coordinate messaging internally

  • We will provide each speaker a graphic that they and their firm can use on LinkedIn to advertise their session

  • Ask us for our Media Kit if you want to create your own speaker graphic and use our logo.

 


Once the Agenda Is Live

  • Publish an announcement on your website

  • Share the session link and speaker graphic on social media

  • Include the session in newsletters

  • Notify key clients and prospects

Sponsor registration codes are for your firm’s employees only. Financial firms can register for free.

 


2 to 4 Weeks Before the Event

  • Share reminder posts

  • Encourage confirmed attendees to join your session

  • Schedule meetings with interested prospects

 


Suggested Messaging Framework

Keep your messaging focused on:

  • The technical topic of your session

  • The audience who will benefit

  • The value of attending STAC Summit

Avoid promotional language that reads like a product pitch. Technical depth performs better with this audience.

 


Digital Assets

We use the Agorify digital platform to host the STAC events.

  • All sponsors will have a presence on the Agorify web and mobile platform.

  • Sponsors have an Exhibitor page that includes a link back to their company web page, and a section where they can provide a company description. Speaking only sponsors have an indicator that they do not have an exhibit table.

To best prepare your firm's presense, all sponsors need to provide:

  1. Logo square - for best results, at least 300 x 300 pixels.

  2. Cover: use a 4:1 image ratio, recommended size is 1000 x 250 pixels - you may use your company logo on this image, but it should not be the most prominent part of the graphic. If we do not receive one, we will attempt to color match your logo the gbest we can in a solid color.

  3. Mobile cover: use a 1:1 image ratio, recommended size is 800 x 800 pixels (Not all of the image is guaranteed to be rendered)

  4. Company Description

  5. Your firm's URL

Platinum, Gold & Silver sponsors also need to provide:

  • Your firm's company logo in a high-quality print-ready format (300 dpi if possible - low quality resolution images may be pixelated on the sponsor signs).
